Why am I getting Invalid Email and Password during installation?

Many customers get confused with their My Account login credentials vs. the installation credentials. The two are not connected in any way.

The My Account login is set up when you sign up for an account and you are provided a random password that you can change at any time. When this password is forgotten, if you click on Forgot Password a new one is sent to your email account.

The installation credentials require the original email used during the first installation and the Admin password for the Net Nanny program. If you do not remember the password, you can click on Forgot Password and go through the series of steps to answer your secret question and change your password.

You can always contact our support group at support@contentwatch.com if you get stuck during the installation, just be sure to include your registration number in the email.
